After that we went to the central market where we made some food purchases before we headed back to the malecon to walk along side the ocean. Just before getting to the ocean Caro stopped to purchase another paleta! I had also purchased some candied coated walnuts which didn't last too long either!
We spent a quiet afternoon and at suppertime I made myself spaghetti (Meehhh-not so good) while Caro had Mexican food.
A water tank was replaced on the roof today so we were without water for about 5 hours. We were gone for a good bit of that time so no real problems at all.
I walked almost 8 kilometres today between my morning walk (which I haven't done for a while) and our walking in the downtown.
After another beautiful sunset Caro proceeded to kick my butt in rummy (we played out on the veranda) before we headed back inside.
Just a palm tree we look at all day long.
